What is the difference between Art Lending and ArtFlow Funding transaction?

Art Lending is a recourse transaction and is considered a loan. A loan is secured by the art assets in addition to being personally guaranteed by the borrower. A recourse loan implies that a borrower’s full credit backs the loan. ArtFlow Funding is a non-recourse transaction, secured solely by the art assets underlying it. A non-recourse transaction typically incurs a higher interest rate as the art acts as the only source of collateral; therefore there is no corporate or personal guarantee.
